Privacy Policy
This policy explains how X1VPN handles account, transaction, and website usage data when providing cross-border access and network acceleration subscriptions. It applies to the marketing website and user panel. Payment providers’ independent processing is governed by their own privacy policies.
Account Data and Purposes
No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are all that is required. X1VPN processes usernames, password credentials used to verify sign-ins, account status, and subscription entitlements to authenticate users, deliver subscriptions, and manage accounts. An email address is not required for registration; if you choose to provide one when contacting support, it is used only to handle your request.
Order records include the selected plan, transaction amount, payment method, payment status, and associated transaction identifier. They are used to activate entitlements, verify payments, and provide after-sales support. When you submit a support ticket, your issue description and any attachments you choose to upload may also be used for troubleshooting. Do not include passwords, complete payment credentials, or subscription keys in support tickets.
No-Logs Policy and Operational Data
X1VPN does not record which websites users access through international routes, store browsing histories, request contents, or detailed DNS queries, or retain connection logs that link an account to a destination website. Plan traffic usage and subscription status are used for billing and entitlement verification and do not constitute records of browsing activity.
Operational maintenance uses only necessary information, such as route availability, aggregated traffic, and error categories. Temporary states created while processing connections exist only for the duration of a session or as long as needed to address a fault. They are released afterward and are not turned into long-term activity profiles. Support troubleshooting relies first on error messages users choose to provide; browsing history is not requested.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics may process page paths, referral sources, browser types, visit times, and button interactions to understand how pages are used and identify functional issues. This analytics data relates to the marketing website and panel interactions; it is not used to collect content from third-party websites accessed through subscription routes.
Cookies and local storage may be used to maintain sign-in status, remember language preferences, and save essential interface settings. Sign-in credentials are sensitive; sign out after using a shared device. You can restrict cookies or clear site storage in your browser settings. Doing so may require you to sign in again, and preferences may return to their defaults. Clearing local storage does not delete your server-side account or orders.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
X1VPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment channel or transaction network. X1VPN receives the payment result and transaction identifier needed to verify orders. Payment authorization, payment account verification, and data retention by payment channels are handled by the relevant providers. Please review their information before submitting a payment.
Account and order data is shared only with service providers who need it to deliver subscriptions, maintain infrastructure, or provide support, and processing purposes and scope are restricted. Disclosures required by law are handled only to the extent applicable. X1VPN does not sell account data or compile browsing activity into advertising profiles.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as the account remains active and as needed to provide the service. Order data is retained for the periods required for reconciliation, after-sales support, and applicable legal requirements. Support attachments and diagnostic data are deleted or de-identified when an issue has been resolved and the data is no longer needed. Analytics data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose. Retention periods vary by data use; indefinite storage is not the default.
To access, correct, or delete account data, sign in to the panel and submit a request through the support ticket page. We may need to verify account ownership before processing your request. Deletion may affect sign-in, subscription delivery, and access to historical orders. Records that must be retained by law or relate to an unresolved dispute will have their use restricted and will be handled once the reason for retention no longer applies. Residual data in backups is cleared through routine rotation.
Policy Updates and Contact
Changes to this policy will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Material changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is required by law, it will be obtained as required.
If you have questions about this policy or data processing, contact support through a user panel support ticket. For subscription rules, see the Terms of Service; for account assistance, visit the Help Center.
